- 4 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup whole almonds
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 2 tbsp. ground flax seeds
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 large egg white
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 275F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk the egg white until frothy.
- Add the egg white to a bowl with the honey, oil, brown sugar, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon. Whisk.
- Stir together the oats, almonds, cranberries, flax seeds, and protein powder.
- Add the wet ingredients to the oat mixture and stir together.
- Transfer to the prepared baking sheet and bake for 45-55 minutes.
- Let cool on the pan until cool, then break into pieces with your hands or a spoon.
